Privacy policy

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and an optional note.
• When you ask for a VAT invoice (optional): company or personal name, tax code and the email to receive the invoice.
• When you track an order: the phone number you enter, used to find the orders placed with it.
• When you chat with the "Ask Nhi Vi" AI assistant: the messages you send, stored so the assistant can answer and so the shop can review and improve its answers. Please do not send sensitive information in the chat.
• Visit data: pages viewed, products viewed, add-to-cart actions, a referral code (if you arrived through a partner link) and an anonymous visitor ID created by your browser. Your IP address is only used to limit how many requests can be sent, to prevent abuse.

• Calling or messaging your phone number to confirm the order, deliver it and handle returns and warranty.
• Issuing a VAT invoice when you ask for one.
• Letting you track orders by phone number.
• Answering your questions through the chat assistant.
• Counting visits and orders to improve the website.

Nhi Vi does not sell your information. It is only shared with the carrier (SPX Express, or GHN (Giao Hang Nhanh) when needed) to deliver your order, which means your name, phone number and delivery address, and with the bank or payment provider when a bank transfer needs to be confirmed.

Order information is kept to handle the order, give after-sales support and for the shop's accounting. Chat messages and visit data are kept for as long as the shop needs them for the purposes above.

The website stores in your browser: your cart, language, light or dark theme, the delivery details of your last order (to pre-fill the form), an anonymous visitor ID and a partner referral code (a cookie kept for 30 days). You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.

You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted by contacting the shop through Zalo, phone or email (see Contact below). Some order information may have to be kept for the shop's accounting.
