Returns and warranty policy

You may inspect the parcel and the products when they arrive, but not try the products.

You can exchange or return an item within 7 days of receiving it if the fault is the shop's, for example the wrong item was sent or the item is damaged. The shop pays the return shipping.

Engraved brushes cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless the fault is the shop's. Orders with engraving must be paid by bank transfer before shipping.

Brushes carry a 30-day warranty. The shop gives you a new brush if it has:

• heavy shedding in clumps;
• a cracked handle;
• a loose ferrule.

Message the shop on Zalo or Messenger, or call, and include your order code and a photo or video of the item so the shop can handle it. You can look up your order on the Track your order page.
