Shipping policy

• Shipping fee: the fee shown at checkout.
• Free shipping for orders of the minimum shown on the website or more.

The shipping fee is calculated and shown before you place your order.

Nhi Vi ships with SPX Express. When needed, the shop uses GHN (Giao Hang Nhanh) as the backup carrier. Once your order has a tracking code, you can see it on the Track your order page.

Delivery time depends on the delivery address and Nhi Vi does not promise a fixed number of days. The shop tells you the delivery time when it confirms the order. For engraved brushes, the engraving time is also given when the order is confirmed.

You may inspect the parcel on delivery but not try the products. If the wrong item arrives or an item is damaged, see the Returns and warranty policy.

You can track your order with the phone number you used to order, on the Track your order page.
