Payment methods

Prices on the website are in Vietnamese dong and include VAT. If you need a VAT invoice, tick "I need a VAT invoice" at checkout and enter the company or personal name, tax code and the email to receive the invoice.

You may look at the parcel when it arrives (no trying the products), then pay the courier. This option is not available for orders with engraving.

Choose "Bank transfer via QR code" at checkout. The QR code and transfer note appear on the next step; transfer the exact amount with the exact note so the shop can match your order.

Orders with engraving must be paid by bank transfer before shipping. If the shop has not turned on bank transfer, message Nhi Vi on Zalo for help.

The total is the price of the goods, the shipping fee (see the Shipping policy) and the engraving fee if any. The final amount is shown at checkout before you place the order.
